- Used, Vintage, and Salvaged Parts: A significant portion of our inventory consists of used, vintage, or salvaged motorcycle components. These items inherently possess varying degrees of wear, blemishes, rust, aging, and cosmetic defects.
- Visual Representation: Colors and exact product appearances may differ from how they appear on your screen due to your device’s display settings and configuration.
- Fitment and Compatibility Guides: Any fitment charts, year/make/model compatibility listings, or interchange descriptions provided on the website are for informational and reference purposes only. They do not constitute a guarantee of fitment. It is the buyer’s ultimate and sole responsibility to verify part numbers, measurements, and compatibility with their specific motorcycle prior to purchase.
- Changes & Restrictions: All descriptions of products and product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time or to limit sales quantities to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.
SECTION 3 - PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION REQUIREMENT & SAFETY WARNING
MOTORCYCLING IS AN INHERENTLY DANGEROUS ACTIVITY. The failure of any mechanical or electrical component can result in severe property damage, serious personal injury, or death.
- Professional Installation Required: Revive Motorcycle Supply strongly recommends and advises that all parts (both new and used) be inspected, installed, and tested exclusively by a certified, professional motorcycle technician.
- User Assumption of Risk: If you choose to install, modify, or test components yourself, you do so entirely at your own risk. You assume all responsibility for verifying that the parts are safe for operation before riding the vehicle.
SECTION 4 - ORDERS, CANCELLATIONS, AND COMMERCIAL USE
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Revive Motorcycle Supply reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its sole discretion. Your order is not accepted until we process your payment and issue a shipping confirmation.
- Cancellations: Please review your order carefully before submitting. We process orders quickly and may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is placed.
- Order Adjustments: In the event that we make a change to, reject, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email, billing address, or phone number provided at the time the order was made.
- B2B and Commercial Purchases: Unlike standard retail stores, we welcome purchases from commercial repair shops, custom motorcycle builders, and mechanics. However, whether purchasing for personal use or commercial resale/repair, the buyer agrees to all liability disclaimers outlined in these Terms.
- Returns: All purchases are subject to return or refund solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.
SECTION 5 - PRICES, TAXES, AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email.
- Exclusions: Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include shipping, handling, or applicable state and local sales taxes.

All delivery times and shipping dates provided during checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for shipping or delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, customs processing, or any events outside our reasonable control.
- Transfer of Risk: Once we transfer the products to the shipping carrier (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.), title and risk of loss pass entirely to you, the customer.
- Delivered Shipments: Revive Motorcycle Supply is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after the carrier marks the tracking status as "Delivered."
SECTION 7 - STRICT "AS-IS" WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
TO the maximum extent PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES AND ALL PRODUCTS SOLD BY REVIVE MOTORCYCLE SUPPLY (WHETHER NEW, USED, OR SALVAGED) ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS," "AS AVAILABLE," AND "WITH ALL FAULTS" BASIS.
REVIVE MOTORCYCLE SUPPLY EXPLICITLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, DURABILITY, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
NO ORAL OR WRITTEN INFORMATION, DESCRIPTION, PRAYER, OR ADVICE PROVIDED BY US SHALL CREATE A WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
SECTION 8 - INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT SHALL REVIVE MOTORCYCLE SUPPLY, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND.
This includes, without limitation:
- Property damage or vehicle damage.
- Personal injury, bodily injury, or loss of life resulting from the use, misuse, installation, or failure of any mechanical, structural, or electrical part sold.
- Lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, or loss of data, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the products procured using the Services.
Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law, not to exceed the original purchase price of the specific item causing the alleged liability.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Revive Motorcycle Supply and our parent, subsidiaries, partners, officers, directors, agents, and contractors from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service, your improper installation of parts, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

You hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
